“I first met Mirella in April 2013, at the time I was a few weeks out from the “Physique of the Week” competition that was being held at the Body Power Expedition. Mirella helped coach me for the final ‘peak week’ so that I could look my best on the day of the competition. Her knowledge and tips proved there worth on the day and gave me the confidence to go on and enter the UK WBFF in November 2013. There was no question about who I was going to ask to be my coach! Mirella started coaching me in the June, I was 20 weeks out from the WBFF. In those 20 weeks I needed to try and get more size and shape into my legs so we had a lot of work to do. Mirella devised programmes and nutrition plans to help me gain size, whilst not compromising my body fat. Her workouts were varied, interesting and really got the results. The nutrition was easy to follow and she would even help me meet my macros by giving recipe ideas. Mirella helped me on so many occasions; she was more than just a coach. It didn’t come easy to trust someone with my diet plan, especially when it was so different to what I was sued to. I had been overweight in the past and feared I would go back, but Mirella was very understanding and offered a lot of support and eased any concerns I had. She certainly leads by example in that she is always a picture of health and fitness, she inspired me to push through tough times by seeing the dedication and discipline she followed herself. On many occasions she was there when times have got hard and she’d give me the chat I needed to snap me out of the negative thinking. Her knowledge of nutrition is incredible, knowing in depth detail about intolerances, hormonal impacts from foods and macros ratios for optimum results. Mirella was so much more than what I expected a coach to be, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is competing and wants to display the best they can on stage without causing damage to your health. It was with her help and support that I went on to get placed 9th in the Diva Fitness Model category at the European WBFF.”
