So how did I get into health and fitness and make it my career?
My experience as a Physique and Lifestyle Coach goes back over 10 years. I used to work as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Business Executive. Certainly not fitness! But fitness was always my passion so it made sense to change my career path.
My career has included working in elite Personal Training Studios in London, to working with high-end clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. My online business means that I get to work with clients around the world via my online coaching platform. And now life in Ibiza with my family means that I get to run some amazing retreats and fitness classes for residents and tourists.
My biggest accomplishments were from competing at the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding and fitness events…The World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Inc (WBFF). In 2013, I placed 1st in the European Championships and was awarded a Pro card. I then got the “bug” which led me onto Las Vegas later that year where I placed 3rd in the World Championships. In 2014, I placed 2nd. My life totally changed course after this when I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl in 2015. I competed for the last time in 2016, a goal I was determined to set for myself after becoming a mum, where I placed 7th in a tough line up of World Pro Fitness Models in Toronto.
I now live in Ibiza and offer a range of online training packages for those wanting to get fit, lose weight and feel better about themselves. As well as helping women follow in her own footsteps by stepping on stage. I also offer 121 personal training on the white isle, group workouts for men and women, as well as fitness retreats.
Working with me, you will learn to train both your brain and your body for long-term and legitimate results. I support my clients with knowledge gained from my qualifications and industry experience, and translate daunting physical science into a simple, enjoyable and rewarding way of life.
My Transformation
My own transformation here is over a 7 year period.
I have personally trialed lots of different methods of diets and training for my own personal goals, along with coaching many clients, adds to the experience I have gained over the years and to helping achieve healthy sustainable results for the people I work with.
My Own Transformation from being a “cardio bunny” in my early 20’s, to lifting heavy weights approaching my 30s has helped me to change my perception of myself. I was never happy with how I looked or how my body felt. I went through periods in my teens of bulimia and anorexia, unhealthy restrictive and fad diets, hoping that one day I would find happiness with myself. But it wasn’t until I started lifting heavy that I realized the feeling of being strong was far more empowering. It was then that I started to notice positive changes in my body, my eating habits became much healthier – less restriction, more nourishment! I finally started to achieve the shape I’d always wanted!
