Meet Mirella
Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Mirella and I am a fitness coach with a passion for helping people live their best lives through fitness. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a temporary fix, and that the key to achieving and maintaining your fitness goals is a combination of mindset, consistency, and discipline. These three core beliefs are something I can help you not only understand but adopt too. I genuinely love to train and eat well to fuel my body and I want to help you feel the same way too!
I understand that every person is unique and has their own set of challenges and goals. That’s why I tailor my online coaching to each individual, providing customised workout plans, nutrition guidance, and support to help you stay on track. As an alternative you may want to take part in the group coaching sessions I run via my online coaching platform, or I’d love to welcome you to one of my Wellness Retreats I run here in Ibiza – the ultimate immersion into fitness with me!!
Before I had my 2 children, I spent some years fitness modelling – competing in the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding and fitness events including The World & European Beauty Fitness & Fashion (WBFF) Championships. My greatest achievements during this time were placing 1st in the European Championships which then led onto Las Vegas later that year, where I placed 3rd in the World. I then achieved 2nd in the World in 2014. During this time, I helped many of my female clients do the same; it was certainly an exciting time in my career as a Fitness Coach!
My next achievement saw me becoming a mum to my daughter, Atari in 2015. I competed for the last time in 2016 – a goal I was determined to set for myself after becoming a mum, where I placed 7th, in a tough line up of World Pro Fitness Models, in Toronto.
Life in Ibiza has definitely taken me away from the glitz and glamour of competing and after becoming a mum again to my son in 2018, I now focus on helping men and women who want to get fit, strong, and healthy whilst managing their weight and ultimately feeling better about themselves.
I have a strong background of over 14 years in the fitness industry, including working in Elite Personal Training Studios throughout London and with high-end clients in the UAE and Europe and have also helped countless other clients achieve their fitness goals. Strength training is my absolute forte and I am dedicated to providing the knowledge, motivation, and accountability you need to succeed.

My Transformation
My own transformation here is over a 7 year period.
I have personally trialed lots of different methods of diets and training for my own personal goals, along with coaching many clients, adds to the experience I have gained over the years and to helping achieve healthy sustainable results for the people I work with.
My Own Transformation from being a “cardio bunny” in my early 20’s, to lifting heavy weights approaching my 30s has helped me to change my perception of myself. I was never happy with how I looked or how my body felt. I went through periods in my teens of bulimia and anorexia, unhealthy restrictive and fad diets, hoping that one day I would find happiness with myself. But it wasn’t until I started lifting heavy that I realized the feeling of being strong was far more empowering. It was then that I started to notice positive changes in my body, my eating habits became much healthier – less restriction, more nourishment! I finally started to achieve the shape I’d always wanted!

Becoming pregnant and going through the most amazing transformation growing my baby girl for 9 months was simply beautiful, and then the challenge of getting my body back post-baby was interesting but certainly not easy.
