I’ve guided many clients from novices to professional athletes.  My approach focuses on educating, lifestyle evaluation and adaptation, helping clients train both their brain and their body for long-term and legitimate results. In 2013, I made my debut on stage at The World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Inc (WBFF) European Championships. Since then I’ve gone on to place in the top 3 at the world championships for 2 consecutive years. I have experienced the physical, mental and emotional highs and lows of competing first-hand and I now help many other ladies achieve their dream of stepping on stage.

Learn to shape your body, burn fat and lift weights with the correct technique, all whist having fun in a great training environment. These bootcamps currently take place across the UK and aim to educate, motivate ,inspire and empower women of all ages and abilities.

Taking skin-fold measurements from various sites on the body, I can measure where your body stores fat, determining your hormonal profile, with this knowledge I can create an exercise, dietary or supplement plan that is tailored to you for better results.
